Victorian Student Number (VSN)

What is a Victorian Student Number (VSN)?

The Victorian Student Number (VSN) is another student identification number (separate to a Box Hill Institute Student ID Number) that is assigned to you by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development if you are studying at Box Hill Institute and are:

  • Residing in Victoria for the duration of their studies; and
  • Under the age of 25 studying a nationally recognised qualification, accredited course or degree; or
  • Under the age of 17 studying a nationally recognised qualification, accredited or non-accredited course, or degree.

If you were already allocated a Victorian Student number in prior primary, secondary or tertiary studies, that same number applies here.

Your VSN is: [[vsn]]
