Complete a withdrawal form and submit it to Student Administration or your relevant Head of Centre.

• Unit Withdrawal Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Vocational Graduate Certificate and Diploma form (PDF)
• Unit Withdrawal Certificate I-IV form (PDF)

Please ensure that the teaching centre staff or the course coordinator has authorised the form, as Student Administration will not be able to process it without authorisation.
