If you would like individual support with your study skills, motivation, or course difficulties, you can talk it through with a Student Counsellor. Study skills workshops may be offered or requested. They also have many handouts on study tips that can be adapted to your circumstances.

Lots of helpful strategies on learning and study
If you are having a hard time in your life that may affect or has affected your assessments and exams, you can apply for Special Consideration. Forms are available from your School office. Best to apply for it at least 10 days before the assessments if you have ongoing issues. If something unexpected interferes with your assessments, you can apply up to two days after the assessment. A doctor's certificate or another professional's letter helps to provide evidence. Counsellors can assist you with your application.
