Mandatory PD for 2026
Completion requirements
Welcome to the Educator Passport Mandatory PD Program for 2026!
The 2026 program will look slightly different from previous years and will depend on your teaching contract.
Full-time and Part-time Educators*
You are required to complete:
- TEK Module: Assessment Validation (3 PD points)
- TEK Module: Standards for RTOs – 2025 (3 PD points)
- Andrew Fuller Series: Setting Our Students Up for Success
- Face-to-face attendance at 3 x 90-minute workshops during Term 1
- Register through Educator Passport
- Each workshop attracts 3 PD points
*The Andrew Fuller series is optional for AMEP educators. Educators in Defence and Transnational only need to complete the two TEK modules.
Casual Educators
You are required to complete:
- TEK Module: Assessment Validation (3 PD points)
- TEK Module: Standards for RTOs – 2025 (3 PD points)
The Andrew Fuller series is optional for casual educators.
About the Andrew Fuller Series (Term 1)
The series consists of three programs:
- The Box Hill Learner – Creating Inclusive and Engaging Classrooms
- Active Learning Strategies – Impactful Instructional Methods to Educate Our Learners
- Building and Sustaining Effective Learning Teams
Each program:
- Runs as a 90-minute face-to-face workshop
- Supports inclusive, engaging, and collaborative learning environments
- Is offered at multiple times—register via Educator Passport. Log in, click on Browse in the left hand menu and search for ‘Fuller’. Choose 1 workshop only for each program.
- Earns 3 PD points per program workshop
