| What to submit |
This task has three (3) parts: Part A- complete a WHS inspection onsite and the corresponding checklist Part B - write and email a summary report of your inspection to your WHS officer Part C - take part in an interview with your assessor What documents you need to submit: Part A: the completed WHS checklist (saved as a PDF) Part B: a copy of the email (either a screenshot, photo or full print out: the whole body of text within the email must be included in your copy and be clearly legible). Part C: written responses to the interview questions. Complete these within the provided task document, and save the whole document as a PDF. |

| How to present your work |
You should be uploading: -the task document (with Part C interview responses recorded in the provided table. For Part A, if you are using the provided WHS checklist, this will also be uploaded within the task document). Save this task document as PDF before uploading. -the completed inspection checklist either for your organisation (or complete the one provided in the task document). Save as a PDF -a copy of the email for Part B. |

| Context and conditions of assessment |
This task requires you conduct a WHS inspection of your workplace, record your findings using organisational documentation and report any hazards to the WHS officer in your workplace. You will also be interviewed by your assessor as to how to respond to various WHS situations within your workplace. |

| Emergency procedures |
Emergency procedures are subject to the conditions where the learner is completing their assessment from. In case of an emergency evacuation whilst attending on campus, learners are to guided by the trainer or other WHS personnel on site, and follow the emergency procedures. |

Learners are to have access to a computer and internet connection. If on campus, please bring a laptop. If you do not have a laptop, please let your assessor know in advance. All students will have access to StudentWeb, containing the learning materials for this unit, and additional resources to assist in the completion of this task. Students will also need to access their organisation's WHS (Also referred to as OHS in Victoria) policies and procedures. |

| Assessment Review | If you believe that you have been assessed unfairly, you have the right to request an informal assessment review. You can request an informal review by messaging your Assessor using the messaging icon in StudentWeb. The messaging icon is a speech bubble and is located to the left of your name on the top right hand side of StudentWeb. Alternatively, you can email the Operations Manager of your teaching area requesting an informal assessment review. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can apply for a formal review by completing and submitting the Formal Review of Assessment application form available in the StudentHub.
