Immunisations to start organising before commencing your course

As part of being a health professional in Australia you will be required to protect yourself and others from many common bacterial and viral infections through the use of immunisations.

Attached here is the Box Hill Student Immunization Declaration.

Please take this form to your local GP or health centre and arrange for them to review your immunisation status. This will require you to have a blood test to see if you have cover for some of these immunisations. This process may take several months so we ask you to please start it now so that it does not delay your progress in the course.
