Assessment Instructions
You are required to demonstrate the correct procedure using 2 hand tools safely following the construction steps and specifications.

| 1.Dress material if required | Overall Length Of Sawstool +/- 1 mm (865mm) |
| 2.Cut top to length | Overall Height Of Sawstool +/- 1 mm (610 mm) |
| 3.Set out housings for legs | Overall Width Of Feet +/- 1mm (405 mm) |
| 4. Cut practise leg out and check for fit. | Foot Bevels +/- 1 mm (5 marks per leg) |
| 5. Set out top of legs to suit housings in top | Shoulder Bevels +/- 1 mm (5 marks per leg) |
| 6.Set out for braces | Joints +/- 1 mm (5 marks per leg) |
| 7. Check all bevels for correctness and cut out | Front Cleats +/- 1mm (Chamfer, screws and fit) |
| 8. Fit legs and screw fix | Screws To Top Of Legs Aligned and Countersunk |
| 9. Bevel top edge to cleats and screw to legs | Sawstool Level +/- 1 mm |
| 10. Fix braces top and screw to cleats at end | All Pencil Marks Sanded And Removed |
| 11. Cut and plane top of legs flush with top | |
| 12.Mark length of legs on outside corners and cut off | |
