The student password reset process has been improved.
New Students
1) New Student receives their temporary password and username to their private email address registered in StudentOne (no change)
2) Student logs in to StudentWeb directly to reset their temporary password. (no need to log in to Microsoft and register for a reset)
Existing Students
1) Password is forgotten/expired/incorrect
2) Visit StudentWeb ‘Login Help’, or
3) Enter in a student ID or personal email address (registered in StudentOne) and receive an email to your personal address with a reset link.
4) Log in to StudentWeb with your new password.
