Welcome to 2021, I hope you had a happy and safe break.
As you return to classes on campus, there are some changes to our on campus COVID response that you need to follow to ensure we are able to continue to provide a safe environment and comply with government restrictions as outlined by the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS).
Face Masks
It is compulsory to wear a face mask on campus while you are indoors. The Entry Screening teams will check that all individuals entering campus are wearing a compliant mask. Spare masks are available on all campuses if required.
Information about face masks is available on the DHHS website
Victoria COVID Hotspots (Case locations and outbreaks)
DHHS continues to update the list of locations of confirmed Victorian locations and COVID outbreaks.
Dependng on the case association and date/time frame, there are different recommendations you will need to follow including testing and self-isolation. A daily list of case locations and outbreaks is available at the Entry Screening point on campus. The list is updated daily, and in some cases multiple times during the day.
Information about case locations and outbreaks and action to be taken is available on the DHHS website
Returning from NSW
If you are returning to Victoria from NSW, government testing and self-isolation requirements now apply. The Entry Screening process has been updated to include questions about returning to campus for students who have been in NSW. Please note the requirements from DHHS include testing and self-isolation.
Information about returning from NSW is available on the DHHS website
