IT is currently updating Microsoft Office Licensing which will impact your access to your student emails. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. You may not be able to access your emails until tomorrow evening. 

With the new licensing, you will have access to Teams Audio Conferencing. When you create a Teams meeting, this feature now automatically includes a phone number to provide all participants the option of an audio only connection to the meeting.

You will receive an email that will include your PIN for use when you are the meeting organiser only.


Benefits of Teams Audio Conferencing:

  • Can be used when internet connectivity is limited
  • If you are on in transit, you can dial into a meeting without needing the Teams mobile app
