COVID-19 Exposure – Elgar campus, Building E5, Friday 8 October
Box Hill Institute has been advised of a confirmed COVID-19 case on site at Elgar campus in Building E5 on Friday 8 October. The Exposure Date and Time for this case is Friday 8 October 2021 – Elgar campus – E5 – 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Box Hill Institute is contacting students, employees and contractors who have been identified as being in Building E5 to notify them of the situation, explain the next steps and offer support.
Elgar campus Building E5 will be closed for “deep cleaning” in accordance with our Covid Safe Plan.
We are encouraging
anyone who visited Elgar campus – E5 on Friday 8 October 2021 to
isolate and get a COVID-19 test.
The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will make
direct contact with any identified close contacts and will advise on protocols
and next steps. If you’re unsure of what to do, please complete the Victorian
Government COVID-19 exposure self-assessment form or call 1300 651 160.
