It can be helpful to talk to someone, whether it's a friend, family member or a Counsellor at Student Life. Counselling is free for students and provides you with a safe and confidential space to explore your issues and receive support from our friendly and professional staff. All Counsellors at Student Life are Psychologists. We also have a team of Student Wellbeing Officers who provide a broad range of support services for our students. You can attend an appointment with Student Life staff on campus or remotely via MS Teams.

To make an appointment with a Counsellor:

If you reach the voice mail, please leave a message and we will return your call
