Teacher illness and remote learning classes during winter

We love being back in the classroom, but keeping people safe is always our top priority. The winter period is likely to see increases in contagious viruses, such as influenza, colds and of course, COVID-19.

When BHI teaching staff are unwell, we may need to change in person/on-campus classes to remote learning to help slow the spread and protect the health and wellbeing of our students and teachers.

If your class is affected by teacher illness and is changed to remote learning, you will receive email communication from your teaching area. We will try to give you plenty of notice but last-minute changes may sometimes be unavoidable. Please keep an eye on StudentWeb and your inbox.
