Are you feeling stressed, pre-occupied or want to study more effectively?

If you are having difficulties coping with life's challenges or managing the demands of study, maybe it is time to ask for some help.

It can be helpful to talk to someone, whether it's a friend, family member, or a counsellor at Student Support Services.

Counselling provides you with a safe and confidential space to explore your issues and work towards positive change.

All counsellors at Student Support Services are psychologists or social workers and counselling is free for students.

To make an appointment with a Counsellor, please phone 9286 9891 (Box Hill), 9652 0611 (CAE) or 9286 9290 (Lilydale).
