You are now able to raise safety incidents on your own! No need to go through your teacher anymore.
Seen something? Scan the QR code on one of the HSW posters around you with your mobile device, fill in the mandatory fields (*) in the safety incident report that pops up and save. The safety incident will be raised and go to the right people for investigation and resolution.
Reporting incidents, near misses and hazards is a very important way of making BHI a safer environment to study and staff to work. Identifying things early allows us to look after each other better. We are in it together, so if you see it, please report it.
