As part of essential activities to upgrade our IT network across all campuses, there will be two major disruptions to the IT network over the following two weekends as outlined below:
- Outage # 1: Friday 28th March 2025, 6:00PM – 10:00PM AEDT
Outage Impacts will be:- Staff and Students working on-site across all Campuses will continue to have access to BHI hosted systems (such as StudentWeb) but will not have access to internet-based systems & services (e.g. Email, Teams etc.)
- Staff and Students not on-site will not have access to BHI hosted systems but can access internet-based systems & services via their own internet service provider
- Outage #2: Saturday 5th April 2025, 7:30AM – 6:00PM AEDT
Outage Impacts will be:- Staff and Students working on-site across all Campuses will not have access to BHI hosted systems (such as StudentWeb) and internet-based systems & services (e.g. Email, Teams etc.)
- Staff and Students not on-site will not have access to BHI hosted systems but can access internet-based systems & services via their own internet service provider
All efforts are being made to minimise disruptions to staff and students, and we apologise if in some instances impacts on some activities during these periods can’t be avoided.
