Unfortunately, we have recently experienced an increase in thefts in the Elgar campus carparks, particularly in P8 (Poplar St carpark) and P9 (undercover carpark). These thefts appear to be targeting trade vehicles for their work tools.
We have increased security patrols of all car parking areas, however we also strongly encourage you to take the following precautions:
- Avoid leaving any valuables in visible areas of your vehicle
- Double-check your vehicle and toolboxes to ensure they are properly locked.
