Windows Ease of Access tools Windows includes a number of useful tools, such as
  •  changing the text size
  • screen brightness
  • a screen reader
  • a screen magnifier
  • dictation
  • colour filters.

To find these tools:  
On your keyboard press (Windows key) + U.  

Or: 
  1. Select the Start button in the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Above Start, select Settings.
  3. In the list of options, select Ease of Access.
Or you can simply:
  1. Type "accessibility" in the Search bar bottom left of the screen
  2. Select Ease of Access settings from the search list.
A list of Ease of Access tools is displayed in the column on the left of your screen.  Select one to display details in the right-hand panel.

Keyboard shortcuts

A keyboard shortcut is when you select a combination of keys on the keyboard to perform an action, instead of using the mouse.  

Some examples:

  • Ctrl + C to copy (press and hold the Ctrl key, then press the C key)
  • Ctrl + V to paste
  • Ctrl + Z to undo the previous action
