Storage and hygiene

Appropriate storage of equipment is critical to make the most of any training gear. For instance, collars and leads can be hung on hooks in a way that makes it easy to select a particular style and size. They will last longer and be easier to use than if tossed into a box at random.

Sometimes equipment may be shared between clients. Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene is important. On some occasions, a disinfectant such as F10 can be useful to prevent the possibility of cross infection between pets.
