The Graduate Certificate of Higher Education (Learning and teaching) offers teaching staff in the Higher Education space the opportunity to reflect on their teaching practices, make improvement at key stages throughout the teaching cycle, and have a positive influence on their students' learning. These reflections will be underpinned by the teachers experiences, the experiences of their students and colleagues, and by the research on learning and teaching in higher education.
