Utilising 3D software for apparel design and development, you will
create digital designs that include true-motion fit, pattern modification and
grading. Students will critically review and resolve design and fit issues by
creating and appraising virtual prototypes of design concepts in 3D design and enhance
their appreciation of how these programs can optimise fashion supply chain
elements. Applying 3D design
technologies to help meet the sustainability goals and targets of fashion
businesses is also critically analysed.
