The first session “Supportive Teams” is designed for employees and it focuses on the ways we can support our colleagues who struggle with Mental Health.“‘Supportive Teams’ seminar explores the ways we can assist our colleagues or team members who are struggling with common life issues such as depression, anxiety, family issues, grief, and stress-related problems. We focus on recognising the signs that someone needs support and teach participants how to start a conversation about mental health and general wellness.”
The 2nd webinar “Everyday Mindfulness” is a short 20mins interactive session and is designed for students to help them to improve their resilience.

You will learn about the basics of mindfulness, its health benefits, how it works and get started straight away with a range of activities that you can use at anytime you need to relax and refresh your mind.”
