team of Kate, Jessie and Emma will be facilitating the Mindfulness Workshop.
Together they have over 15 years experience working with young people in the
Emotional Intelligence space. Together they work to focus on young people's
voices and stories, and provide them with tools and strategies to live a happy
and healthy life.
Join us for an afternoon of Mindfulness. Together we will learn about what Mindfulness Practice is, how it can improve our Mental Health and overall wellbeing and how to incorporate it into our daily lives. Right now, more than ever we have the opportunity to re-create and imagine our lives; with mindfulness, we can create a life that feels true to who we are and who we are ready to become.
