Are you feeling stressed, lonely, depressed overwhelmed, anxious or want to study better? Are you are having difficulties coping with life's challenges?

Maybe it is time to ask for some help. It can be helpful to talk to someone, whether it's a friend, family member or a Counsellor at Student Life.

Counselling is free for students and provides you with a safe and confidential space to explore your issues and work towards positive change. All Counsellors at Student Life are Psychologists.
