If you have been impacted by the devastating earthquakes that hit Turkey and Syria earlier this month please reach out to Student Life for Support.
Natural disasters such as earthquakes can be extremely challenging for those directly and indirectly affected and can impact whole communities. Some people may experience stress, anxiety, exhaustion, shock or feeling ‘numb’, loneliness, changes in sleep and appetite, uncertainty about the future, anger and grief.
If you want support or would like to talk to someone, Student Life is a free and confidential service available to all enrolled students.
