  • Motivation is the process that helps us to achieve our goals.
  • Motivation is the energy to study and to maintain this momentum over time.
  • Make studying a priority by creating a place where you can study without distractions.
  • Schedule regular breaks and reward yourself to maintain your motivation.
  • Set goals for yourself. Reaching goals will make is easier for you to recognise what you have achieved and you will be better motivated to continue.
  • A student who is motivated is more likely to feel that they are benefiting from study and is able to meet academic deadlines.
  • Keep bettering your previous efforts and success rather than focusing on the performance of others.
  • Be positive. Remember all the times in the past when you have faced a challenge and succeeded.
