We are aware that some students may be experiencing slow performance when accessing StudentWeb.
Since the commencement of Term 3, StudentWeb has experienced intermittent performance issues, resulting in slow page load times and, in some cases, difficulty accessing content. Our IT teams are actively investigating the issue and working to improve system performance as quickly as possible.
During this time, you may experience:
- Slow page loading within StudentWeb
- Delays accessing unit content, assessments and grades
- Occasional difficulties logging in or navigating between pages
We understand this may be frustrating, particularly as teaching and learning activities are underway, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
We recommend saving your work regularly and allowing additional time when accessing assessments and course materials.
