Completion requirements
Connecting to support with an interpreter
For languages other than English, follow these steps to connect with a support services in your own language:
Step 1
Review the helpline services below and determine which one could provide assistance.
Step 2
Call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on
13 14 50 and say your language.
Step 3
Say the Name and Number of the helpline you want to connect to, wait for a connection, and then speak to the helpline worker in your language
