To improve student access to library services, we are now partnering with the Lilydale Community Library!
What's Changing?
To better serve our student body, a selection of our most popular books will be relocated to the Lilydale Community Library, situated conveniently on the ground floor of Building L5. This move not only expands our footprint but also ensures you have weekend access to a broader range of materials.
How to Access?
Borrowing hardcopy materials at Lilydale will transition to the community library system. To take full advantage of this new arrangement, you'll need to secure a membership at the community library.
It's easy—register at Lilydale Community Library or any Your Library branch https://www.yourlibrary.com.au/locations-hours with your BHI student ID, and you're all set.
With your BHI student ID card, you'll gain access to all the services and collections offered by the community library.
Additional Benefits
The BHI library's study spaces will remain open for students seeking a quiet study environment, and our dedicated library team continues to be available for support, both in-person and online.
A Note on Printing
Please remember, while the Community Library provides printing services, charges apply per sheet. To enjoy free student printing, continue using Box Hill Institute printers available at Lilydale.
