Everybody will vary in the way they react to loss, particularly when it
is unexpected. You may experience
different combinations of physical and emotional reactions as part of your
grief reaction. Or, you may experience few reactions. This is okay - we all
react differently to loss. When dealing with grief including death or a traumatic event, it can be helpful
to talk to someone.
